What's new in Angular CLI 8.3? 

Today we’re happy to announce the availability of the release candidate of TypeScript 3.6. This release candidate is intended to be fairly close to the full release, and will stabilize for the next few weeks leading up to our official release. 

• Smart support for C# 8.0 language features such as indices, ranges, and unmanaged generic structs, as well as many new quick-fixes, inspections, and context actions. 

• Enhanced C# support: enjoy better C# 8.0 support, and apply the Convert concatenation to interpolation context action in scope. 

A new version has been released! This adds better support for GitLab shorthands via an update to hosted-git-info, and better error handling and reporting when users encounter EACCES on their cache folder.

To get it, run:

npm install -g npm

TypeScript 3.6 introduces stricter checking for iterators and generator functions. In earlier versions, users of generators had no way to differentiate whether a value was yielded or returned from a generator.
