The Windows Package Manager is a tool designed to help you quickly and easily discover and install those tools that make your PC environment special. By using the Windows Package Manager, from one command, you can install your favorite tool: winget install <tool> 

One thing that keeps amazing me is how many smart developers still feel the urge to write their own data access layer (DAL). They either do it all manually, or they generate parts of it, or they generate the whole thing. Whichever way you go, there are still various alternative paths you can choose from.  

ILogger: is responsible to write a log message of a given Log Level.

ILoggerProvider: is responsible to create an instance of ILogger (you are not supposed to use ILoggerProvider directly to create a logger)

ILoggerFactory: you can register one or more ILoggerProviders with the factory, which in turn uses all of them to create an instance of ILogger. ILoggerFactory holds a collection of ILoggerProviders.
