GenFu is a test and prototype data generation library for .NET apps. It understands different topics – such as “contact details” or “blog posts” and uses that understanding to populate commonly named properties using reflection and an internal database of values or randomly created data.  

We decided to use Qt for our next Geospatial Intelligence Desktop App, but the .NET Core performance was close to Qt and both easily outperformed the JavaFX prototype. So, we are going to use .NET Core for our Geospatial Intelligence Services backend.

As of the 1st of July 2019 Microsoft officially ended support for Katana 3. This means that the platform we originally built-against is now unsupported and we completely stop supporting IdentityServer3 (including security bugs) for free now as well. 

Entity Framework half-heartedly supported Domain-Driven Design patterns. But the new-from-scratch EF Core has brought new hope for developers to map your well-designed domain classes to a database, reducing the cases where a separate data model is needed.
