Today, we are announcing .NET Core 3.0 Preview 8. Just like with Preview 7, we’ve focused on polishing .NET Core 3.0 for a final release and are not adding new features. If these final previews seem anti-climatic, that’s by design. 

.NET 8 Preview 3 is now available. It includes changes to build paths, workloads, Microsoft.Extensions, and containers. It also includes performance improvements in the JIT, for Arm64, and dynamic PGO. If you missed the March preview, you may want to read the Preview 2 post. 

From LGPL to Polyform Noncommercial

From version 5, we have changed the license from LGPL to Polyform Noncommercial 1.0.0 - a license that permits noncommercial use only. In combination with the Polyform Noncommercial license we sell licenses for customers who use EPPlus in a commercial business. Since EPPlus has been around for a while, you might wonder why we have decided to do this change.  

You can sort an items of html lists by mouse. Create tree structures. Format css of all active items however you want. You can define the isAlowed callback which determines if dragged item can be inserted into another. Set the insert zone like a distance which determines if item will be inserted inside or outside of the active area, speed of autoscroll.
Sortabl elists also contains an export functions toArray, toHierarchy, toString.

Issues Fixed in 15.9.12

• Bad code gen in recursive bucket split routine.
• Compiler optimization bug in 15.8.9.
• We have fixed a linker error LNK4020 when using PCH, /Zi, and /GL in distributed build systems, such as IncrediBuild. The C++ compiler backend now correctly associates CIL OBJs with their corresponding compiler generated PDB when generating debug info for cross-module inlining.
