This servicing update provides fixes to Visual Studio 2015 addressing four high impact bugs that are found either by the product team or reported from the community. This update installs only on computers that have Visual Studio 2015 Update 1 installed.  

All of these tools are shipped as part of Visual Studio but are not installed in the same way as you would install them manually. They are all located in the Visual Studio install directory and are used by some of the new features such as the Task Runner Explorer and the new ASP.NET 5 project system. 

Resource Refactoring Tool allows easy extraction of hard-coded strings from Visual Basic, C#, XAML, ASPX and code to resx files.
