• .NET 5 provides two options of runtimes for users: the high-performance CoreCLR (for server and desktop applications), and the lightweight Mono (for mobile and WebAssembly). 

A .NET library for reading and writing CSV files. Extremely fast, flexible and easy to use. Supports reading and writing of custom class objects. 

StructureMap is the oldest, continuously used IoC/DI container for .Net dating back to its first public release and production usage all the way back in June 2004 on .Net 1.1. The current 3.* release represents 10+ years of lessons learned in the StructureMap and greater .Net community -- while also wiping away a great deal of legacy design decisions that no longer make sense today.

The pace of innovation for Office 365 is brisk, and barely a day goes by without notification of a new feature or enhancement. It's clear Microsoft is putting a lot of development muscle behind its SaaS solution.  

Entity Framework (EF) Core is the rearchitected and rewritten version of the Entity Framework object relational mapping engine for .NET Core applications. It is very light-weight, extensible, and cross platform.

However, high transaction .NET Core applications using EF Core face performance and scalability bottlenecks in the database-tier under peak loads. This is because, although you can linearly scale the application tier by adding more application servers, you cannot add more database servers to scale it.

But, if you use a distributed cache like NCache in your .NET Core applications, you can quickly remove these performance and scalability bottlenecks and handle extreme transaction loads.
