A few years ago, we took over maintenance and guidance for the ASP.NET AJAX Control Toolkit project. Please refer to this blog post for more information on the project and why we stepped in to assist.

We recently found a bug that stored passwords unmasked in an internal log. We fixed the bug and have no indication of a breach or misuse by anyone. As a precaution, consider changing your password on all services where you’ve used this password.

C# Regex class provides pattern matching funcions in form of regular expressions. The source code examples in this article show how to use Regular Expressions to validate different inputs. The code provides methods to validate Alphabet, AlphaNumeric, Integer, Postive Integers, Floating point numbers and so on 

C#6 will support null propagation (https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/wiki/Languages-features-in-C%23-6-and-VB-14). Result.OrDefault is simple null propagation for pre-C#6.
