Entity Framework 7 (EF7) Preview 5 has shipped with support for Table-per-Concrete type (TPC) mapping. This blog post will focus on TPC. There are several other enhancements included in Preview 5, such as:

• Support for AT TIME ZONE in SQL Server
• Updates to command and connection interception (#23087, #23085, #17261)
• Addition of the delete behavior attribute

NuGet 5.8 is included in Visual Studio 16.8 and .NET 5.0 out of the box. You can also download NuGet 5.8 for Windows, macOS, and Linux as a standalone executable. 

Finally, switch to wxWidgets 3.x, many improvements, new features, more stable, enhanced for HiDPI, the new Code::Blocks release 20.03 has arrived. Get it from the downloads section! A changelog summarises new features and fixes.

Deno is a new runtime for executing JavaScript and TypeScript outside of the web browser. 

The NuGet team is happy to introduce version 3.4 and 3.4.1 of the NuGet clients for Visual Studio 2015.

Starting in .NET 5.0, Roslyn analyzers are included with the .NET SDK. Roslyn analyzers are enabled, by default, for projects that target .NET 5.0 or later. You can enable them on projects that target earlier .NET versions by setting the EnableNETAnalyzers property to true.
