If you enable our semantic highlighting support then, be sure to try out the included Visual Studio 2019 Light and Dark themes. TypeScript looks great in it too!

NOTE: For semantic highlighting ensure that editor.semanticHighlighting.enabled and csharp.semanticHighlighting.enabled are set to true. 

Here are some important fixes we’ve made in the Rider 2019.1.3 build:

• Fixes to make the Entity Framework integration work again.
• A fix to correctly resolve file paths in ASP.NET markup files.
• Fixed support for .ashx files.
• To-do items won’t disappear after adding a new custom To-do. 

با این کار فایل Configuration ایجاد میشه ولی اون فایل دوم ایجاد نمیشه . وقتی بقیه دستورات رو هم اجرا میکنم(Update-datebase و ...) هم خطای

 رو میده .

تو فایل app.config ،هم Connection string رو اضافه کردم ولی باز هم همین خطا رو میده!
