Based on the above observations, we can conclude that React will be the best framework to learn in 2021, followed by Vue. But there is a high chance of Angular defending second place since it has been there for a longer period of time than Vue, and surely 2021 is not the end of that. So if you are an Angular developer, I suggest you learn React in the upcoming days.

Third Party Site Cookies

In August 2020, Google announced their 'Privacy Sandbox' initiative, which aims to preserve and protect user's privacy. The cookie processing change is part of this initiative. An official  blog post sheds some light on it.

Google will drop support for third-party cookies in the Chrome browser in two years. Also, the company will start limiting cross-site tracking by enforcing its new SameSite rules . This has already happened in Chrome 80.

The SameSite-by-default and SameSite=None-requires-Secure behaviors will begin rolling out to Chrome 80 Stable for an initial limited population starting the week of February 17, 2020.

Since 1999, SQL is not limited to the relational model anymore.
Back then ISO/IEC 9075 (the “SQL standard”) added arrays, objects and recursive queries. In the meanwhile the SQL standard has grown five times bigger than SQL-92. In other words: relational SQL is only about 20% of modern SQL.0 

Firefox is removing its experimental support for installing Progressive Web Apps to the desktop. Whether or not this really constitutes giving up on PWA depends on your point of view, but I think it is disappointing, both for PWA and for Firefox. 

C# Source Generators

C# Source Generators is a Roslyn compiler feature introduced in C#9/.NET 5. It lets C# developers inspect user code and generate new C# source files that can be added to a compilation.
