In this article we are going to discuss how to insert, update and delete data into database using ASP.NET MVC 4.0. There is a Layout page and Data base script that we are going to use for this but we are not going to discuss much how to create a Layout page and database script here in detail.
Here’s a summary of what’s new in this preview release:
Program.Main method instead of top-level statements
AngularJS is a huge framework with that already has many performance enhancements built in, but they can’t solve all our problems. No matter how fast the framework, we can all create sluggish code through bad practices and not understanding key concepts that help it perform well.
The framework will receive updates that cover security issues and breaking browser bugs until December 31st 2021.
Starting January 1st 2022 XLTS.dev team will maintain a fork of the latest version of AngularJS and provide software updates
This project uses mocha, chai, typescript and vs code debug toghether, so you can write your api tests easily.
This is useful for scenarios when you've some api developed in python for example, but you'd prefer to develop tests in typescript/javascript.
Another use case is when you've some legacy api and you want to develop some tests to make [risk free change] of your legacy api possibel!
"Going forward, we do not plan to evolve Visual Basic as a language," the .NET team said. "This supports language stability and maintains compatibility between the .NET Core and .NET Framework versions of Visual Basic. Future features of .NET Core that require language changes may not be supported in Visual Basic. Due to differences in the platform, there will be some differences between Visual Basic on .NET Framework and .NET Core."
