This article dives into the mock questions I would ask, along with responses that are my personal best guess to the answers. Could my answers not reflect actual opinions shared by the team at Microsoft? Sure, but I'm hoping folks from the .NET team can jump in to correct me if I am way off base.

This is a rather interesting time for .NET – what's being done shapes the future of .NET for the next decade. Let's ask the honest questions and hopefully all of us will understand the new .NET ecosystem a little better. 

A collection of animated icons + javascript library

MembershipReboot is a user identity management and authentication library. It has nothing to do with the ASP.NET Membership Provider, but was inspired by it due to frustrations with the built-in ASP.NET Membership system. The goals are to improve upon and provide missing features from ASP.NET Membership. It is designed to encapsulate the important security logic while leaving most of the other aspects of account management either configurable or extensible for application developers to customize as needed. 

Firefox is removing its experimental support for installing Progressive Web Apps to the desktop. Whether or not this really constitutes giving up on PWA depends on your point of view, but I think it is disappointing, both for PWA and for Firefox. 

Performance of your ASP.NET web application is important. There is a lot of evidence to suggest that slow loading times and clunky interaction, will drive customers elsewhere. Even in the case of internal applications where the users have no option but to use the application, their satisfaction is tightly coupled to speed.

A set of composable and extensible Angular 2 directives for building SVGs with D3 declaritively. This library provides functionality for basic charts out of the box, but it can be easily extended to support building declarative syntaxes for just about any SVG generated by D3.  Demo

We are actively monitoring the 1.0 release for issues to include in a first patch (1.0.1) release of the .NET Core SDK. There is no scheduled date for this patch update but early August is likely.  

A library to facilitate communication between CommandService and QueryService. The Idea is when any event occures in commandService, it should be persisted in QueryService in MongoDb
