Programming Environment for TypeScript & Node.js
Kretes is a programming environment for TypeScript applications built on top of Visual Studio Code. It combines a web framework with an editor into an integrated, battery-included solution. 

The ASP.NET Core tag helpers improve on the HTML templated helpers in ASP.NET MVC 5. ASP.NET Core comes with some useful stock tag helpers for common tasks such as creating custom elements or extending existing HTML elements, but their use can be extended to making a framework such as Bootstrap easier to work with. Dino shows how helpers are used, and demonstrates a Bootstrap Modal Tag Helper 

 Blazor is the new Microsoft experimental framework that brings C# into any browser without a plug-in. It holds the promise of modern single-page applications, combined with the ability to use C# and its vast base-class library. Blazor takes C# development to a new level. It’s the final piece necessary to make the language a full-stack development tool. It will have all the power of the popular JavaScript frameworks, but based on the familiar languages, APIs and tooling of the Microsoft .NET Framework. 

Today’s release completes Firefox’s transformation into a fully multi-process browser, running many simultaneous content processes in addition to a UI process and, on Windows, a special GPU process. 

TypeScript 1.8 provides full support for module augmentation, delivers a stronger type system with string literal types, and catches even more common bugs with smarter control flow analysis.
