This update is the latest in a cumulative series of feature additions and bug fixes for Visual Studio 2012.

SVG is the standard format for storing vector graphics on the web like icons, charts, maps, infographics and illustrations

Rider 2018.3 comes with Code Vision, Rename Project refactoring, and the Assembly Explorer window. It provides support for remote debugging via SSH, Launch Settings and SQL language injections in C# code. This release improves C#, VB.NET, F#, TypeScript language support, and Angular framework support.

JavaScript is an important technology for development on many different platforms, including web, mobile app, and server programming. In Visual Studio 2013 we already support IntelliSense, Go to Definition, colorization, and formatting of JavaScript source, along with several other features. We’ve carried these forward into Visual Studio 2015 and we’ve improved the experience for JavaScript developers by focusing on three key areas:

1. Improving the development experience when using popular JavaScript libraries
2. Adding support for new JavaScript ECMAScript 2015 (also known as ES2015 and formerly ES6) language and web browser APIs
3. Increasing your productivity in complex JavaScript code bases

• Telerik UI for WPF controls disabled in Visual Studio 2019 Preview 3 and Preview 4.
• Unhandled System.OperationCanceledException.
• We have updated the Dockerfile scaffolding in Visual Studio Tools for Kubernetes to use the Microsoft Container Registry instead of Docker Hub.
• We have fixed an issue in Visual Studio Tools for Kubernetes where modifying Dockerfile.develop does not cause the service to be redeployed.
• We have fixed an issue in Visual Studio Tools for Kubernetes where a service in an Azure Dev Spaces project could fail to start.
• We have fixed an issue in Visual Studio Tools for Kubernetes where a service in an Azure Dev Spaces project stops running after debugging is stopped in Visual Studio.
• We have fixed an issue in Visual Studio Tools for Kubernetes where a null reference error dialog is sometimes displayed when picking accounts in the Azure Dev Spaces Dialog.
• We have fixed an issue in Visual Studio Tools for Kubernetes where the cluster selection dialog is displayed when adding Kubernetes orchestration support. 

WebAssembly or wasm is a new portable, size- and load-time-efficient format suitable for compilation to the web. 

• A bug is fixed in loop unroller which might lead to wrong condition codes being generated in the unrolled loop.
• Fixed a bug that caused ServiceHub.Host.CLR.x64 to stop working.
• Fixes issue in Chinese version of compiler errors C4533 and C2362 which resulted in incorrect order of string substitution for those languages.
• Improved stability of the Diagnostic Tools and Performance Profiler.
• Code generation problem causing crash with pure virtual destructor in const object
• Fixed a constant evaluation regression from 16.5 Preview 2
• Fixed an issue where MacOS couldn't be paired.
• Fixed an issue where the Diagnostic Tools while debugging and Performance Profiler fail to launch on XBox devices.
