The Blazor WebAssembly Release Candidate is here! This release contains all of the features and improvements that we expect to release for the upcoming Blazor WebAssembly release. There are no more breaking changes planned at this point.

The first preview of Entity Framework Core (EF Core) 8 is available on NuGet today!
EF Core 8, or just EF8, is the successor to EF Core 7, and is scheduled for release in November 2023, at the same time as .NET 8.
EF8 currently targets .NET 6. This will likely be updated to .NET 8 as we near release.
EF8 will align with .NET 8 as a long-term support (LTS) release. See the .NET support policy for more information.
Microsoft's .NET Fundamentals Team a few weeks ago announced a new version of .NET Framework 4.6.1. It includes a number of streamline improvements to Windows Presentation Foundation and SQL Connectivity, to name a few. We just released a GA version of .NET Core 3.0 that includes support for Windows Forms and WPF. And along with that release we’re happy to announce the first preview version of the Windows Forms Designer for .NET Core projects!
