Deno is a new runtime for executing JavaScript and TypeScript outside of the web browser. 

GenFu is a test and prototype data generation library for .NET apps. It understands different topics – such as “contact details” or “blog posts” and uses that understanding to populate commonly named properties using reflection and an internal database of values or randomly created data.  

 With the new Office Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2013 – March 2014 Update comes a feature called “Just My Code” for JavaScript, which can speed up your debugging experience by allowing you to focus on debugging your own code, and not library or framework code. Entity Framework Migrations are handled from the package manager console in Visual Studio. The usage is shown in various tutorials, but I haven’t found a complete list of the commands available and their usage, so I created my own. There are four available main commands

• More Library Manager features for managing Web Projects’ client-side library files.
• Mobile Development improvements such as faster Android incremental builds and inclusion of Xamarin.Essentials to facilitate building native apps. 

WebAssembly is moving beyond the browser and is pitched to become a foundational element of modern cloud-native architecture. It lets any language compile to universal binaries that run on any OS or processor, robustly sandboxed and with great performance. This session covers a new approach to running .NET in WASI environments. You’ll see how your existing .NET code could be built into WASI-compliant modules, plus the opportunities this opens. This is experimental, not yet a committed product. 

Part of the new Angular rendering engine, Ivy, includes a new approach to localizing applications — specifically extracting and translating text. This article explains the benefits and some of the implementation of this new approach.
