Our findings that the top ten Docker images contain over 8,000 paths to vulnerabilities, coupled with the observation that for almost every dependency present in these images a vulnerabilities was added, make a strong case for using minimal base images.  

C# Beginners Course
This school year, I give a course for young students at the beginning of their programming careers. They have no or very limited prior knowledge regarding coding. Therefore, we start at the very beginning and learn software development fundamentals using C# and .NET. 

In this episode, Robert is joined by Paul Litwin, who shows us how to get started with Git in under an hour. Git is a free, open source and quite popular distributed version control system designed to handle everything from small to very large projects with speed and efficiency. Starting with the command line and ending up in both VS Code and Visual Studio, Paul takes us on a tour of the how you can use Git to manage your source code. 

If you're comfortable with JavaScript and the ecosystem, Vue is a solid framework which can easily scale up or down as your application requires.

On the other hand, if you already know and enjoy using C#, and have generally found JavaScript (the language and ecosystem) difficult to learn and live with, Blazor WASM is potentially a game changer.

The Blazor component model to be included in ASP.NET Core and shipped with .NET Core 3.0 was given the new name "Razor Components" to differentiate it from the ability to run .NET in the browser, Roth said.  

XML in general is a powerful beast, with so many options available that it quickly gets really complex. The XML Digital Signatures standard is no exception to that. The extra features complexity of XML DSig compared to other signature standard is that one or more different blocks of data can be signed by the same signature block. That data can be the containing XML Document, part of an XML document or some other resource such as a web page. In this post we’ll only look at signing resources in the document containing the signature. 

I have been using Windows operating system from the beginning. When I first started using computer Windows XP was the latest operating system and it was amazing. After few years I started my career as a Java developer and in my office also I have been using Windows only.
 After few years Windows Vista got released and I suffered with it for few months and then Microsoft released Windows 7 which is the best Windows operating system IMO. And then they released Windows 8 which I don’t like much. Recently they released Windows 10 and I have upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Windows 10 is certainly better than Windows 8 but it still sucks compared to Windows 7.
