انتشار اولین پیشنمایش ASP.NET 8
.NET 8 Preview 1 is now available! This is the first preview of the next major version of .NET, which will include the next wave of innovations for web development with ASP.NET Core.
In .NET 8 we plan to make broad investments across ASP.NET Core. Below are some of the areas we plan to focus on:

There's two ways to deploy a .NET Core application. There's FDD and SCD. Since TLAs (three letter acronyms) are stupid, that's Framework-dependent and Self-contained. When .NET Core is installed it ends up in C:\program files\dotnet on Windows, for example. In the "Shared" folder there's a bunch of .NET stuff that is, well, shared. There may be multiple folders, as you can see in my folder below. You can have many and multiple installs of .NET Core.
.NET Conf: Focus on Microservices is a free, one-day livestream event that features speakers from the community and .NET teams that are working on designing and building microservice-based applications, tools and frameworks. Learn from the experts their best practices, practical advice, as well as patterns, tools, tips and tricks for successfully designing, building, deploying and running cloud native applications at scale with .NET.
We are thrilled to announce the highly anticipated .NET Conf 2024, a free, three-day virtual developer event celebrating the release of .NET 9. Co-organized by the .NET community and Microsoft, this annual tradition continues to grow, and we’re more excited than ever to bring you the latest innovations in .NET. Mark your calendars for November 12th to 14th, 2024, and prepare to be inspired by a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and community engagement.

What is FAST?
FAST is a collection of technologies built on Web Components and modern Web Standards, designed to help you efficiently tackle some of the most common challenges in website and application design and development.
What are Web Components?
"Web Components" is an umbrella term that refers to a collection of web standards focused on enabling the creation of custom HTML elements. Some of the standards that are under the umbrella include the ability to define new HTML tags, plug into a standard component lifecycle, encapsulate HTML rendering and CSS, parameterize CSS, skin components, and more. Each of these platform features is defined by the W3C and has shipped in every major browser today.
