CSS nesting improves with CSSNestedDeclarations

To fix some weird quirks with CSS nesting, the CSS Working Group resolved to add the CSSNestedDeclarations interface to the CSS Nesting Specification. With this addition, declarations that come after style rules no longer shift up, among some other improvements.
These changes are available in Chrome from version 130 and are ready for testing in Firefox Nightly 132 and Safari Technology Preview 204.

CSS Nesting چیست؟

In September 2019, the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) introduced a new CSS nesting feature that simplifies the way we apply styles to our web pages. In this blog post, we will explore this new feature and how it can enhance the Vanilla CSS experience.

ایجاد Letter Effects and Interaction Ideas

Today we’d like to share four typography animations with you. Letters are such a great thing to play with and they allow for so many interesting interactions and effects to enhance a design and make decorative headlines stand out. For some animations we use anime.js. Charming.js helps us with the needed structure for the letters. We use some modern CSS properties like CSS Grid and CSS Variables in the demos, so please view them with a capable browser.  Demo

ایجاد Responsive jQuery Pop-Up Gallery
in this tutorial you will lean how to create a an awesome popup gallery. Each gallery will have a small preview animation. This tutorial will provide you with five different popup galleries. All the main animations are done using CSS transitions. I would of liked to build the entire thing using CSS only but unfortunately this was a pretty complex gallery so i had to use some JavaScript.  Demo

مثالی از کاربرد واژه‌ی dynamic جهت جایگزین کردن آن با DTOs
مطلب تکمیلی
dynamic type
Pros: This approach reduces the need to modify static ViewModel classes whenever you update the SQL sentence of a query, making this design approach pretty agile when coding, straightforward, and quick to evolve in regard to future changes.
Cons: In the long term, dynamic types can negatively impact the clarity and the compatibility of a service with client apps. In addition, middleware software like Swashbuckle cannot provide the same level of documentation on returned types if using dynamic types.

ViewModel (DTO)
Pros : Having static predefined ViewModel classes, like “contracts” based on explicit DTO classes, is definitely better for public APIs but also for long term microservices, even if they are only used by the same application.
If you want to specify response types for Swagger, you need to use explicit DTO classes as the return type. Therefore, predefined DTO classes allow you to offer richer information from Swagger. That improves the API documentation and compatibility when consuming an API.
Cons : As mentioned earlier, when updating the code, it takes some more steps to update the DTO classes.

کتابخانه fontfaceonload

A simple utility to execute a callback when a webfont loads.  Demo

This uses the CSS Font Loading Module when available (currently in Chrome 35+ and Opera 22+). When that isn’t available, it uses a very similar approach to the one used in the TypeKit Web Font Loader (which is currently 7.1KB GZIP).

Basically, it creates an element with a font stack including the web font and a default serif/sans-serif typeface. It then uses a test string and measures the dimensions of the element at a certain interval. When the dimensions are different than the default fallback fonts, the font is considered to have loaded successfully.

If you’d like a full polyfill for the CSS Font Loading Module, follow along with Bram Stein’s Font Loader. I believe the specification has changed since he launched this polyfill, but he’s working on an updated version.
