Data fetching for React applications

Relay is a new framework from Facebook that provides data-fetching functionality for React applications. It was announced at React.js Conf (January 2015).

What is GraphQL? 

GraphQL is a data querying language designed to describe the complex, nested data dependencies of modern applications. It's been in production use in Facebook's native apps for several years. 

All of these tools are shipped as part of Visual Studio but are not installed in the same way as you would install them manually. They are all located in the Visual Studio install directory and are used by some of the new features such as the Task Runner Explorer and the new ASP.NET 5 project system. 

Angular 1.4 soon will be finally out and the most shiny new feature is the new router. It’s fantastic news that it will be also used on the future Angular 2.0 as well. 

Last week, at ng-conf, the Angular team at Google provided the web developer world with an update on the state of Angular 2. They were joined on stage by a member of the TypeScript team, Jonathan Turner, to also announce that Angular 2 will be built using TypeScript. Jonathan then demoed a preview of the upcoming TypeScript 1.5 release via an Angular 2 sample application. 

In this article, we’ll look at some ideas for incorporating simple audio-enhanced UI interactions to an application. We’ll examine a few potential use cases involving buttons, sliders and notifications.
