Font Awesome gives you scalable vector icons that can instantly be customized — size, color, drop shadow, and anything that can be done with the power of CSS. 

It as a full-screen off-screen menu on (a)steroids.
It is an HTML5/Css3 responsive solution for using (and making) animated large off-screen menus. It uses CSS transitions that are hardware accellerated and much faster then jQuey animations.

So when Microsoft acquired Xamarin in 2016 and started integrating the Xamarin Visual Studio plugins more with the standard VS features, I knew I had to try and switch over to take advantage of the powerful IDE and language. Some of the immediate benefits I gained from the switch are:

I noticed that most (junior) developers no longer are able to write anything but the most trivial SQL queries.  Time to fix that!

- Svelte took the top frontend framework crown from React for developer satisfaction.
- Testing Library jumped straight to #1 for testing libraries.
- More developers than ever are producing PWAs or using WebAssembly.
- 86% of respondents are using VS Code to work on their code.
 

Unhandled exceptions are a bit of a misnomer. In .NET, every exception is handled. By the time you access the specifics of an error in your Try-Catch block, the Framework has already analyzed the problem, built a structure to contain its details, examined the stack trace, and used reflection to pinpoint the location of the error, among other mundane tasks. In short, when errors occur, .NET serves them up to your code in a neatly packaged, highly examinable data block.
